The secret of the chocolate is its basic ingredient, Grand Cru Quality cocoa. Melt of Switzerland gets this cocoa exclusively from a small, remote plantation in Bahia Brazil. Hand selected, naturally conditioned and matured in oak barrels, the cocoa only perfect quality beans are used for the production of the Swiss pralines. |
